Our gown price range is $1,800-$10,000. Off-the-rack samples can be much less, although prices vary.
- When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
It’s best to allow 8-10 months before your wedding to order a dress.
- What are the Christina Rossi gown sizes
We offer gown from sizes 0-16. We also have a plus-sized samples in size 18-30.
- What is Customized/Made-to-order gown?
A Customized/Made-to-order gown is made specifically for you by our designers, based on the measurements we take from you, the designer then uses their pattern that is closest to your measurements to create your ideal dress. Then during the alterations process we will fit it to your body perfectly.
- Can I customize the existing Christina Rossi gown design?
Yes, our designers and consultants will help you achieve your dream wedding gown.
Rush Orders
- What is rush order?
If your wedding date is sooner than the time frame we need to have a special-order gown made, we’ll need to consult with the designer and place a “rush” order, for an additional fee. In this instance, your dress may arrive 1-2 weeks before your wedding and details will be outlined in your contract.
- How much will a rush order cost?
A rush fee varies by the wedding gown style and wedding date. Our consultants will inform you the price once you finalize the timeline and the gown design.

- Do I need to book my appointment to try on wedding dresses in Christina Rossi Australia?
Yes, To give you the full attention of our consultants, appointments are necessary. Just click the Book Now button on the main menu to select your preferred appointment date and time; however, feel free to call our shop near you for same-day appointment availability.
- How long is my appointment?
It normally takes 1 hour for bridal dress appointments.
- Can I cancel my appointment or change my schedule?

- What should I bring with my appointment?
Be sure to bring the pictures of dresses, bridal accessories and shoes (if you already have them), proper undergarments (remember, you’ll be changing in front of a stranger; if you plan on wearing spanks or a strapless bra, please bring them)
- Can I bring someone with me?
Bring the closest friend or family member whose opinion you value and who knows you well.You can bring up to 3 guests with you.
- Can I choose my consultant?
Do not hesitate to ask if you have a consultant request, let us know, otherwise you will be assigned to a consultant the moment you arrive for your appointment.
- May I take pictures?

Payment Terms
- How do I pay for my Christina Rossi Gown?
We accept MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash.
If you’re buying online we require 100% payment, your balance must be paid for in full before your dress can be shipped to you.
If you are buying from our store we require a 60% deposit at the time you order your dress. When the dress arrives at Christina Rossi and passes our quality control check, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule your fitting appointment. At that point, we require payment of the remaining 40% balance.
- Will I pay Tax on my dress?
Yes, tax applies to all Christina Rossi Gowns.
Shipping
- Will you ship my dress out of Australia?
Yes, we can ship your dress wherever you are. Shipping fees apply and all customs and duties from your package will need to be paid for before delivery.
- How much is the shipping fee?
The cost to ship your dress depends on your address. The fee typically starts at $150 and up.

The Production process
Our skilled dressmakers will take your finalized design and meticulously craft your dress by hand, using only the highest quality fabrics and laces. During this 4-8 month time period, our consultants will reach out to you every 6-8 weeks with any updates, as well as delivery/ fitting date information.
Once your gown is finished, we’ll deliver it to you, or arrange a fitting schedule for you. At Christina Rossi Australia we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and are confident we can work with you to create a high-quality gown that will exceed your expectations.
Return & exchange
ONLINE ORDERS - Returns, Refunds, & Exchange Policy
Christina Rossi offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy for READY TO SHIP ONLINE ORDER ONLY. This doesn't apply to gown purchased in our stores. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible.
We provide a free return label for orders within Australia upon request. Customers outside Australia are responsible for the return shipping costs.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
*Ready-to-Ship wedding dresses and mini wedding dresses can be returned regardless of size for a AU$100 restocking fee per item.
*Standard Christina Rossi’s sizes. If you need to return a standard size made-to-order item, a 30% fee of the item cost will be charged. However, if you wish to reorder the item in a different size, we will not apply a 30% withholding fee and will give you a full refund for the original item. You will need to place a new order separately.
*Accessories can be returned free of charge: veils, detachable capes, detachable sleeves, mix-and-match tops or skirts, boleros, detachable straps, bows.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
1. Customized or personalized orders.
2. All custom size items are final sale. Sketches and swatches.
3. There is no refund for rush fees.
4. Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession.
REPRESENTATION OF DRESSES ON THE WEBSITE
Please note that each dress is unique and hand-sewn, so there may be slight variations from what is shown on the website. Additionally, the dress color may vary depending on the fabric batch.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations are free for ONLINE ORDER ONLY within the initial 7 days for any reason, applicable only if the order has not been transferred to the production department (after 7 days, a 30% of the item value deduction will apply).
If the ready-to-ship item as been shipped, then there will be a charge of AU$100 as the administration and handling fee.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
If you would like to make a return of multiple dresses, please be aware of our return policy, which includes a AU$100 delivery fee for ready-to-ship clothing items or a 30% fee per return for made-to-order clothing pieces. We may also decline such an order if there is a high probability of it being sent back, after consulting with you.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item that you wanted in the first place.
SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION
If you have a problem with a custom dress or custom size dress, it is your responsibility to notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package so that we can offer options to resolve the situation. If you report later, we will not be able to help you resolve the problem with custom dress.
WHEN DAMAGE IS NOT REVERSIBLE
It can be upsetting for our brides when a dress they've ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import/export taxes that may apply. To find out more information about customs fees, see below.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
If the shipping location is not within the United States, you are automatically considered an importer. This means the package will likely be held in customs upon its arrival in your country, waiting for you to pay the duty and taxes due.
