Christina Rossi offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy for READY TO SHIP ONLINE ORDER ONLY. This doesn't apply to gown purchased in our stores. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible. We provide a free return label for orders within Australia upon request. Customers outside Australia are responsible for the return shipping costs.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
*Ready-to-Ship wedding dresses and mini wedding dresses can be returned regardless of size for a AU$100 restocking fee per item. *Standard Christina Rossi’s sizes. If you need to return a standard size made-to-order item, a 30% fee of the item cost will be charged. However, if you wish to reorder the item in a different size, we will not apply a 30% withholding fee and will give you a full refund for the original item. You will need to place a new order separately. *Accessories can be returned free of charge: veils, detachable capes, detachable sleeves, mix-and-match tops or skirts, boleros, detachable straps, bows.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
Customized or personalized orders.
All custom size items are final sale.Sketches and swatches.
There is no refund for rush fees.
Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession.
REPRESENTATION OF DRESSES ON THE WEBSITE Please note that each dress is unique and hand-sewn, so there may be slight variations from what is shown on the website. Additionally, the dress color may vary depending on the fabric batch.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations are free for ONLINE ORDER ONLY within the initial 7 days for any reason, applicable only if the order has not been transferred to the production department (after 7 days, a 30% of the item value deduction will apply).
If the ready-to-ship ite as been shipped, then there will be a charge of AU$100 as the administration and handling fee.
MULTIPLE ORDERS If you would like to make a return of multiple dresses, please be aware of our return policy, which includes a AU$100 delivery fee for ready-to-ship clothing items or a 30% fee per return for made-to-order clothing pieces. We may also decline such an order if there is a high probability of it being sent back, after consulting with you.
EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item that you wanted in the first place.
SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION If you have a problem with a custom dress or custom size dress, it is your responsibility to notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package so that we can offer options to resolve the situation. If you report later, we will not be able to help you resolve the problem with custom dress.
WHEN DAMAGE IS NOT REVERSIBLE It can be upsetting for our brides when a dress they've ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import/export taxes that may apply. To find out more information about customs fees, see below.
Do I have to pay customs fees? If the shipping location is not within the United States, you are automatically considered an importer. This means the package will likely be held in customs upon its arrival in your country, waiting for you to pay the duty and taxes due.

For shipments to the Canada - 10-15% customs fees.

Australia/New Zealand/USA
For shipments to the Australia/New Zealand/USA - NO customs fees.
Europe Made to Order dresses: No customs costs are due at delivery. Ready to Ship: For EU shipments, customs costs are due at delivery and may incur up to 30-40%. Accessories: Сustoms costs are due at delivery and may incur up to 30-40%. Customs fee when returning from Europe 3-5%. For goods over US$800
United Kingdom Customs charges for UK shipments must be paid upon delivery and could amount to as much as 20-30%.

Christina Rossi shall not be held accountable for any customs costs incurred. Refusal to pay such charges at delivery will lead to a AU$150 penalty fee that will be deducted from any applicable refund.
