Christina Rossi has its own unique sizing! Make sure you take accurate measurements before purchasing using our size chart - custom sizing is also available and at no extra cost!

3. CUSTOMIZE YOUR DRESS

Contact us to get the basic consultation/advice about your dress of choice and customization options, check the fabrics available for the dress.

4. PLACE YOUR ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE

Select a payment option, fill out the contact information and add the order to the cart.

AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

1. PERSONAL BRIDAL ASSISTANT

We'll reach out to you to verify measurements, delivery information, and to give you more details about custom options!

2. PRODUCTION/PROCESSING

Take some time to craft the perfect dress for you! Processing of ready-to-ship items just take 1-3 business days so you won't have to wait long to receive it, while made-to-order items can take up to 9-15 weeks plus shipping.

3. VIDEO CONFIRMATION

Before we ship, we'll send you an awesome video of your dress! 

4. PACKAGING

After a thorough check your dress will be carefully packaged in a beautiful parcel and be sent to your address!

5. DELIVERY

Yay! Hang tight - your dress is on its way! It'll be at your place soon - delivery date depends on your location. Stay cool and enjoy the wait!

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

If your wedding date is sooner than the time frame we need to have a special-order gown made, we’ll need to consult with the designer and place a “rush” order, for an additional fee. In this instance, your dress may arrive 1-2 weeks before your wedding and details will be outlined in your contract.

A rush fee varies by the wedding gown style and wedding date. Our consultants will inform you the price once you finalize the time line and the gown design.
