Our gown price range is $1,800-$10,000. Off-the-rack samples can be much less, although prices vary.
- When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
It’s best to allow 8-10 months before your wedding to order a dress.
- What are the Christina Rossi gown sizes
We offer gown from sizes 0-16. We also have a plus-sized samples in size 18-30.
- What is Customized/Made-to-order gown?
A Customized/Made-to-order gown is made specifically for you by our designers, based on the measurements we take from you, the designer then uses their pattern that is closest to your measurements to create your ideal dress. Then during the alterations process we will fit it to your body perfectly.
- Can I customize the existing Christina Rossi gown design?
Yes, our designers and consultants will help you achieve your dream wedding gown.
Rush Orders
If your wedding date is sooner than the time frame we need to have a special-order gown made, we’ll need to consult with the designer and place a “rush” order, for an additional fee. In this instance, your dress may arrive 1-2 weeks before your wedding and details will be outlined in your contract.
- How much will a rush order cost?
A rush fee varies by the wedding gown style and wedding date. Our consultants will inform you the price once you finalize the time line and the gown design.

- Do I need to book my appointment to try on wedding dresses in Christina Rossi Australia?
Yes, to give you the full attention of our consultants, appointments are necessary. Just click the Book Now button on the main menu to select your preferred appointment date and time; however, feel free to call our shop near you for same-day appointment availability.
- How long is my appointment?
It normally takes 1 hour for bridal dress appointments.
- Can I cancel my appointment or change my schedule?
Yes, you can call our store near you and our team will assist you.
- What should I bring with my appointment?
Be sure to bring the pictures of dresses, bridal accessories and shoes (if you already have them), proper undergarments (remember, you’ll be changing in front of a stranger; if you plan on wearing spanks or a strapless bra, please bring them)
- Can I bring someone with me?
Bring the closest friend or family member whose opinion you value and who knows you well. You can bring up to 3 guests with you.
- Can I choose my consultant?
Do not hesitate to ask if you have a consultant request, let us know, otherwise you will be assigned to a consultant the moment you arrive for your appointment.

Payment Terms
- How do I pay for my Christina Rossi Gown?
We accept MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash.
If you’re buying online we require 100% payment, your balance must be paid for in full before your dress can be shipped to you.
If you are buying from our store we require a 60% deposit at the time you order your dress. When the dress arrives at Christina Rossi and passes our quality control check, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule your fitting appointment. At that point, we require payment of the remaining 40% balance.
- Will I pay Tax on my dress?
Yes, tax applies to all Christina Rossi Gowns.
Shipping
- Will you ship my dress out of Australia?
Yes, we can ship your dress wherever you are. Shipping fees apply and all customs and duties from your package will need to be paid for before delivery.
- How much is the shipping fee?
The cost to ship your dress depends on your address. The fee typically starts at $150 and up.

The Production process
Our skilled dressmakers will take your finalized design and meticulously craft your dress by hand, using only the highest quality fabrics and laces. During this 4-8 month time period, our consultants will reach out to you every 6-8 weeks with any updates, as well as delivery/ fitting date information.
Once your gown is finished, we’ll deliver it to you, or arrange a fitting schedule for you. At Christina Rossi Australia we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and are confident we can work with you to create a high-quality gown that will exceed your expectations.
Return & exchange
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Made to Order Wedding Gown
As your dress is made especially for you to your dress size range and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault.
All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. We highly recommend you try your dress on as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely circumstance your dress does not fit you, you must contact info@christinarossi.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide updated measurements and images for our production team before the dress is returned. Any dresses being returned to Christina Rossi Australia must be returned in the original packaging. If you wish to cancel your order before locking-in your measurements, the cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee of $500 AUD that covers the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel your order as the gown will have gone immediately into production.
Priority Order
As your wedding date is sooner than the standard time frame it takes to produce a Made-to-Order gown, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Priority Made-to-Order bridal items. We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel your order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to any refund.
Ready to Wear
You may exchange your Christina Rossi Australia ready-to-wear purchase subject to adherence to these terms. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your garment. You must contact our friendly Sales team sydney@christinarossi.com or melbourne@christinarossi.com to arrange for your item to be returned. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in Australia or 21 days if located overseas. Items must be in original condition free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our specified time frame. Please try on the gown after a shower to avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant or makeup. Additionally, please try on your gown on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring. All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass QC, Customer Service will contact you with your options. In the event of a manufacturing fault, return postage will be paid by Christina Rossi Australia. However, in the event of a change of mind, you will be liable for any additional postage to return your item and the purchase of the new gown.
Alterations
If you have any concerns upon receiving your gown, please contact our Sales Team sydney@christinarossi.com or melbourne@christinarossi.com within 7 days of receiving your gown and our team will assess your situation. Unfortunately, if your measurements change from what you confirmed to your stylist at your lock in date, you will be liable for any alteration fees incurred. If you decide to go to a third party seamstress for any alterations to your gown, you will be liable for these costs. We are more than happy to offer advice if you choose to consult a third-party seamstress.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact our Sales Team. Upon assessment from our team, if a manufacturing fault is found, all costs will be paid by Christina Rossi Australia including shipping. If you decide not to send your dress back to Christina Rossi Australia for any reason, Christina Rossi Australia will no longer be liable.
